Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and us about your use of Agentic. Please read them — particularly section 6, about the accuracy of AI-generated work, and section 4, about what you are responsible for when you upload documents.
By creating an account or using Agentic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Agentic is operated as Agentic, by an individual established in Romania.
You can reach us at support@agentic.pm, and we will provide further contact details on request.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Agentic is a free beta, and that has consequences
Agentic is provided free of charge as a private beta. We want you to use it and tell us what breaks, but you should size your reliance on it accordingly:
- It is provided as it is. Features may change, behave unexpectedly, or be removed without notice.
- There is no uptime commitment. The service may be unavailable, and we do not promise to fix problems within any particular time.
- Keep your own copies of anything you care about. We take care with your data and we do not promise never to lose it. If a document matters to you, do not let this be the only place it exists.
- We may end the beta. If we discontinue the service we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to retrieve your content, unless circumstances make that impossible.
Because the service is free, nothing here obliges us to continue providing it.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Agentic.
We sign you in with a link sent to your email address rather than a password. Treat those links as you would a password — anyone who has one can get into your account until it expires. Do not forward them.
Keep your email account secure, and tell us at support@agentic.pm if you think someone else has access to your Agentic account.
If you invite other people to a project, you are responsible for who you invite and for what they can then see.
4. Your content, and what you are responsible for
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything the service produces for you. We claim no ownership of your documents or your deliverables.
You give us permission to store, copy, process and transmit your content, including sending it to the service providers listed on our providers page, for the sole purpose of running the service for you. That permission exists so we can operate the product and for no other reason. It ends when you delete the content, subject to the limits described in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for the documents you add. By uploading or importing something, you confirm that:
- you have the right to upload it and to have it processed as described in our privacy policy;
- doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation, employment term, client agreement, or policy that applies to you — including your employer's, if you have one;
- it does not infringe anyone else's rights;
- where it contains information about other people, you have a proper legal basis for providing it;
- if it contains particularly sensitive information — health data, for example, or anything revealing someone's beliefs or biometric identity — you have a valid basis for that too, and you accept it will be processed by the AI providers we use.
This is the part we cannot check for you and would not want to. If you are unsure whether a document is yours to upload, it probably needs a conversation with whoever owns it first.
5. What you must not do
Do not use Agentic to:
- break the law, or produce material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringing;
- upload malicious code, or anything designed to damage the service or other users;
- attempt to access other users' data, bypass our access controls, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- put load on the service designed to degrade it, or resell access to it;
- generate deceptive material, including impersonating a real person's voice or likeness without their consent;
- send unsolicited bulk email through the product.
We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.
6. AI-generated work: read it before you use it
This is the most important section, so it is written plainly.
The output can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. AI systems produce text that reads as authoritative regardless of whether it is accurate. They can misstate facts, misread your documents, invent details, and fabricate citations, quotations and sources that do not exist.
You must review anything before you rely on it or send it to anyone else. When you pass a deliverable to a client, an employer or a colleague, it becomes your work and your professional responsibility. We are not a party to that, and we do not stand behind the content.
Nothing the service produces is professional advice. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, accounting or investment advice, whatever it may sound like. Where the stakes warrant it, have a qualified professional check the work.
Research features read third-party sources. When an agent searches or reads web pages, the information comes from those sources with their errors and biases intact, and we do not endorse or verify it.
Outputs are not unique to you. Given similar instructions, the service may produce similar work for someone else, and we cannot promise your output is original or protectable.
7. Sending email from the product
Agentic can send email on your behalf. When it does, you are the sender in substance: you choose the recipients and you are responsible for having a legitimate reason to contact them, for complying with anti-spam and marketing law, and for whatever the message and its attachments contain.
Check the recipient list and the attachments before you send. Email is difficult to unsend.
8. Voice, likeness and recordings
Some features use voice samples, a facial likeness, or recordings of calls and interviews. These are optional, off by default, and require your explicit consent.
Only provide a voice or likeness that is yours, or one you have clear permission to use. If you record a call or interview, you are responsible for ensuring every participant knows and agrees — recording people without consent is unlawful in many places.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@agentic.pm, and we will delete the material.
9. Connected accounts
If you connect an external account such as Google Drive, you authorise us to act on it as you direct. Your use of that service remains governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for it. You can disconnect at any time.
10. Our rights in the service
The software, design and branding of Agentic are ours or our licensors'. These terms give you permission to use the service, not rights in it. Do not copy, reverse engineer or create derivative works from it, except where the law says you may.
If you send us feedback, we may use it freely to improve the product, without owing you anything for it.
11. Ending this agreement
You can stop using Agentic whenever you like, and can ask us to close your account by emailing support@agentic.pm.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to, or if we discontinue the service. Where circumstances allow, we will give you notice and a chance to retrieve your content.
When an account closes, we delete its content as described in the privacy policy. Ask us before you go if you want a copy.
12. Disclaimers and our liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law permits. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that its output will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for:
- lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost opportunities;
- loss or corruption of data, beyond our obligation to take reasonable care;
- any decision you or anyone else takes on the basis of the service's output;
- anything a third-party provider or connected service does.
Since Agentic is free, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to €100.
Two important qualifications. First, nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law protects. Second, if you are a consumer rather than a business user, you keep all your statutory consumer rights, and the limits above apply only as far as consumer law allows.
13. If you are using this for work
If you are using Agentic for business purposes, you agree to cover our costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of your content or your use of the service — for example, because you uploaded something you did not have the right to upload, or sent email you should not have sent.
This does not apply to consumers.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Agentic after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, please close your account.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Romania. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
Before starting any formal dispute, please email support@agentic.pm. Most problems are faster to fix than to argue about.
16. Odds and ends
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement. Together with the privacy policy, these terms are the whole agreement between us about the service.
